went tuanqi today. had a sharing on spiritual gifts. hm. something strikes me when i listened and observed the abundance of leadership gifting that were thought to be present in many bros and sis. personally i think everyone is a leader in he or her own right. it all depends on what kind of leader are you refering to. you can be a charismatic leader that influence people, a motivational leader that encourages people, a mission focus leader that set objectives, an activity leader that plans and organises, an administrative leader that blah blah, to list some examples, and the list goes on and on.

i believe that the optimum scenario is when we have a mixture of balanced leaderships all working closely together without neglecting or overshadowing one another but instead aims to amplify every single member gifts to their best. not painting another perfect picture but its something we can strive to work towards.

Hey Benson!

Hey, you need to start explaining what some of these things are chief...tuanqi...?

Yeah, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link right? Maybe why I'm so fascinated by ants. By themselves they can be squashed by united they can devour insects or even animals if you watch Discovery. Good to be a leader but some of us aren't cut out for it. But if we fake it sometimes we're okay lol.

Hi bro mike!

Tuanqi is a hanyu pinyin name for "fellowship" in church. Hanyu Pinyin is a way we write out chinese words according to their pronunciation.

Yea, you are rite. there is strength in unity.

Somehow there will always be leaders who fake it and you can tell by the way. Haha.
