a looong weekend. hmm.. finally. i don't really need the long break.

work was tiring this week. there were still quite a few projects going on despite all the xmas and new year celebrative mood. glad that i am still alive.

i managed to squeeze in a movie this week on wednesday. had my dinner at robin's grandma's place and watched "night in the museum" with robin and his dad. the movie came at the right time. it was both an outlet to relieve my stress and doubling up as some mental therapy for me.

friday came...just when i thought i was going home after work, i received an unexpected call from joyce! haha. we met up and had our dinner at villa bali. had a great time of catching up. The waiter did not explain clearly the happy hour thingy and we ended up having 4 glasses of wines and 2 cocktails. Enough to make me drunk. i did felt a bit high after all the wines and cocktails. fortunately, my driver wasn't. haha. else it would be dangerous to drive.

we went for a walk at vivocity after dinner. all the shops had closed by the time we stepped into the giant mall. decided to head home after the stroll. i was sleepy and joyce had to work the next day.

it has been raining for the past few days. i love the weather, especially at night. 23 degree celsius. quite cool for a tropical climate.

internet speed had been crawling for the past few nights. =(

william went to peru for vacation! i want to go there one day!
