a guest speaker mark higgins, if i remembered correctly, preached the wonderful news today. he is a very lovable pastor. funny and passionate about what he was preaching. he looks like a warm and approachable kind of guy. the message today was on believing in the power of the blood that jesus shed for us while on the cross. and on our faith being heard. whether it is saying "thank you God" or "amen". i am thankful that i went to church today. the heavy rain did not stop me. my sleepy mind did not prevent me from absorbing the good news message.
