shared a cab with meishan and went to wisma atria to shop for new clothes. i bought 3 shirts and 1 pants. managed to use a 30% discount voucher that was given to me by khim, my colleague. there is a night sale going on. 15% additional discount if you buy your stuffs after 8pm. later on, ah beng came over from work and joined us. he also got himself 2 shirts. we went to a jap restaurant (which i had forgotten the name) at taka shopping centre for dinner. i gave them both a treat to celebrate a new phase in my life that is going to begin soon. after dinner, azar (not sure what's the correct spelling for his name, but i guess it should be something like this) came to join us. azar is working at the jurong birdpark. a very cool and humourous guy. next, we walked to centrepoint shopping centre where i bought another 2 shirts to round up my day. exhausted, we slacked at the starbucks cafe where all the guys ordered a mango frappuccino each and the only girl had for herself a cup of warm milk.

went for a jog today along sungei ulu pandan. saw a white swiftlet, a purple heron and a little white egret. 2 big terrapins were sunbathing themselves.
