today is officially my last day at work. here's a summary of events that happened. basically, more farewells meals for me. hehe.

eileen treated me a farewell lunch at a japanese restaurant in central shopping centre. i had a bowl of beef niku curry and a soft shell crab. the window view of the restaurant was quite spectacular. you can see the shophouses along singapore river. colleagues who tagged along this time were chee, alex, nani and jenny.

at tea break, kok wah treated me at ya kun beside robinson centre. woon kong joined us too. had a good time of sharing.

june gave me a farewell dinner treat at thai express at the esplanade. invited colleagues were bhagwat, chee and wee peng. bhagwat drove us to the esplanade. i was still sick today by the way. appetite was not that good. naturally i felt a bit nauseous by this time due to the amount of food i had to consume and accumulated since lunch. june liked my beef vermicelli, so i gave her half of it. haha. it was an interesting group of colleagues during dinner. we joked quite a lot. this was also the very first time that i had a meal with bhagwat.

jenny gave me a farewell present. i am both surprise and touch. yea. i am grateful to my team of dtpers who had been supporting me all these while and at the same time, had been very cooperative and caring. not forgetting their farewell lunch for me 2 weeks ago..lol.

feel like i am going to miss my colleagues alot. though there isn't a proper kind of company farewell meal where everyone is present cos i am supposedly not eligible according to the management. i really sincerely appreciate the kindness of my colleagues towards me. these friends made the effort and time to spend some time with me before i leave the place. it definitely makes my stay there worthwhile and meaningful.
