got back from kuala lumpur last evening. it was another awesome trip. away from this busy bees island. robin brought me to mid valley mall and i brought him to see some cool bars and pubs and a very interesting toilet. it was my first time taking the monorail in KL. it is somewhat similar to the singapore LRT. thank God again for the wonderful sunny weather.

mid valley mall really blew me away. it was so gigantuan (at least to me). 18 screens cineplex. could not believe that the place screened movies that were more than 3 mths old. Which means you have a 3 mths grace period to watch a movie compared to a one month timeframe over here. good for busy people. vivocity is really chickee meeting the rooster. i bought myself a shirt at mid valley in the end. just knew that there was an indoor theme park inside time square building, and the building did not only have 4 levels of shops but double that number. gasp! the last shopping mall i went to was sungei wang. not my first time there though, went there with zhigang last year. i got myself a jockey cap at one of the shops.

a trip is never complete without mentioning food. my travel companion, robin can readily attest to that. dim sum breakfast, bak kut teh, kaya toast, coffee joints, trying local brand of instant cup noodles, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, etc. glutton wonderland or paradise. haha.

the highlight of the trip was able to know robin better through our sharings throughout the trip. it was cool. we both learnt something from ourselves and each other during the trip. thanks for the wondeful time bro. guess we both had a good time and enjoyed ourselves very much. =)
