How to write a proper email
(By Benson.Y, 2006)
Firstly, you got to insert in the receipent email address/es. If there is going to be more than one receiver, add in more addresses. Remember to put ";" after each address. If the email of the recipient is bouncing, delete away the address. The guy might not even be alive now.
Secondly, who are you going to cc the email to? "CC" actually refers to people you do not intend to send but are sending to them in order to satisfy their busybody curiousity. Include all the Kay Pohs and irritants inside this row.
Thirdly, the most important part of the email! It will determine whether the reader will delete or read your email. What i mean here is the subject of the email. The subject of the email is basically the main theme of your email. It will be better if you can write a concise, summarise version of your email so that the reader will know the entire content of the email at first glance.
Lastly, the main body of your email-the content. Include all the blah blah you are trying to convey here. Length is not important (Length is positively correlated to the amount of free time you have) . Remember to begin your email by Dear, Hi , Hello, etc and end off by your regards and name.
