This colour

On Wednesday, i met up with sylvia for lunch at the Clementi hawker centre. Had a good time of sharing with her. After that, i went to help esther to move her stuffs to her new hostel. Hope she had gotten her fan fixed by now. In the evening, watched Pirates of the Carribean with meishan. The end credit was anti-climax especially after a long wait for the acknowledgements to end.

Though i have known this long ago. It is good to remind myself again to see things in black and white. Simplicity is the foundation to complexity. I have to set my foundation right on the simpliest things. I really want to draw closer to God. Sometimes, i like to spend some time alone. I'm not taking away the chance for interaction, because i believe that interactions do not always have to take place only on sundays. Think i will just do what needs to be done if ever this happens again. I am not a person who will draw closer to you if we do activities together. That is probably why i only go and play basketball once in a while. That doesn't mean i am anti-social. I prefer to meet up with individuals and talk. We just have to accept the fact that we are all different. It is so easy for us to expect another person to work and behave like ourselves. But God made everyone of us to be unique. Let us appreciate the fact. That is why God is so beautiful and marvellous because the diversity is so limitless and unimaginable.

Meishan asked me whether do i feel old yesterday. Haha...I don't. Actually i still feel very much young and restless. There are still so many things out there i haven't tried. Then she commented that Yap family have all inherited the youthful genes.

My sister was approached my Zhong Qing for some tv game show. Zhong Qing said she was a "Mei Nu". HAHA..whatever. Too bad she was busy and could not take part in the show.

Halfway through the last book on the Chronicles of Narnia. =)
