This colour

This picture shows another one of my own orchid called Brassocattleya Maikai. The spotted labellum is very attractive. What's interesting about this hybrid is that the petals and sepals change colour as the flowers age. The initial colour is deep pink, which gradually fades into white. This colour change is presumably cause by pH changes in the tissues which affects the ionisation states of the anthocyanin compounds. Haha..hope it's not too difficult to understand.

Went out with Yanyi today for some outdoor shots for the camp publicity coming this sunday. It was quite fun. Haha yeah, came out with some taboo ideas. Anyway we went to Clementi Sports Complex, a fish shop, Biopolis, an overhead bridge near Buona Vista MRT station and inside bus 48 to do our shots. Very artistic according to Yanyi. After that we went to Adam's Road market to have our dinner. I gave him a treat cos his birthday is coming this sunday after much resistance from him...haha. Maybe will treat him something less spicy next year.

Been thinking what on earth have i been doing for the past few months. Really dumb when i look back. I have actually evolved into a demanding person. Wanting all things to be idealistic. Yeah...cannot turn back time, what damage done is already done. I also dunno how to clear up this heap of mess. Now just want to be everything to be normal. Stay neutral and be low profile. My mind is my greatest stubbornest foe i have to overcome. I want to thank God for friends who have been understanding and encouraging...and they come from the most unexpected sources sometimes. It's going to be hard to let go of some things, but i need to breakaway man. It's strange that i really dun care about my studies and would rather spend time out with friends. But God has been graceful to allow me to do my honours despite all that playing. I would always blame myself when things go wrong, i should just stop doing that. Why should i condemn myself? Silly.. Move on la.
