This colour
Fun-filled day. Adventurous. Dirty. Muddy. Rude Macaque. Dead squashed squirrel. Giant, thick millipede. Lots and lots of fishes. Tadpoles. Frogs. Balancing on 3 metres high water pipes (This reminds me of SOC!)...
I love today. Went to trek with Zhigang. Good weather for trekking. The sun was not too hot. First animal we saw was a macaque that made a rude face at us. The monkey opened its mouth and bared his teeth...even threatened to charge from the body language. Thanks for welcoming us, mister monkey.
Saw this large body of water supporting a community of barbs, rasboras and other fishes that were amazingly beautiful. I cannot imagine a paradise like this still exists in our little urbanised, concretised, buildingise, roadise and artificial, culturally dry Simcity. Really awesome man...the feeling. All the mud that i accumulated along the way on both my feet were worth it. The fishes were not even afraid of us. This allows us to observe them closely. The waters were cold...
Balancing on the water pipe was something that make this day so memorable. WA..can just drop down if i slip..haha..Ok...won't die la. Only hurt your butt if u fall. Zhigang discovered a giant, reddish, squirmy millipede on the water pipe. The last time i ever saw a millipede so freaking huge was in Brunei. I was rather grossed out by the sight.
Saw some pretty cool frogs and very fat tadpoles and a dead squirrel that had been flattened by some car along the road on our way out. Happy houseflies were swarming all over the carcass. Was amazed how come no blood flows out from the carcass..Its flattened...???
Before we left the place, a troop of macaques greeted us again. In greater numbers this time. One of them was performing acrobatic stunts on 2 cable wires...free street show.

I had a dream once where there were performers jumping across high buildings while we looked up. the all of a sudden one of them jumped to his death! I had my camera for some reason and as I got close to document it his widow pushed me away saying "please leave him alone!" And then I woke up...so freaky...your day sounded fun too bro...:)
